Mummy: When was the last time you've checked your teeth?
Me: Awhile. (6 years to be exact. Heh.)
*Stern look*
Mummy: Better do something about it.
So...
Kawan: Tak sakit! Betul.. Scaling is just like brushing. Hard. Trust me.
I did trust her.
What an idiot I was.
Okay, It wasn't THAT painful..
I wasn't wailing at the top of my lungs or anything..
But there was definitely some tears.
If it hurts THAT much if my teeth was declared okie-dokie, then I do NOT want to find out what it feels like if something was actually wrong with my dear pearly whites.
*shivers*
Am going to Recycle Day (Pre-Love Bazaar) @ The Cosmod.
Yay! It has been awhile since my last bazaar :)
I miss it so~
Plus, it's high time I exchange some of my old stuff and clear up my closet!

Post Eid 2010
To describe the trip in one word; AWESOME!
I had NO idea I missed him this much :/
And the time spent was definitely compensation for the long time apart. (Heh)
The trip was more of a makan trip than anything else..
We were munching all the way yo!
Or at least I was.. Seriously, the food there rocks!
I do not know if it’s just the ‘holiday’ mood kicking in or it really does taste THAT good.
You can decide for yourself;
Almond Milk.
Tastes like milky spiced tea.
And since I was too full (tapi mengada nak rasa jugak) this was as far as I got to finishing it.
Membazir! Heh.
But hey, who knows when’s the next time I get to feast on their butter chicken!
Twas absolutely yummy!
Mmmm... writing about it makes me hungry. Cis.
Credits to Dan for introducing the place.
If you’re ever in Penang and happen to visit Titi Kerawang waterfall (or anywhere near the place), drive a lil more down south and you’ll find the cutest home cooked asam laksa place;
The food was good too.
I’m not much of an asam laksa fan. (Normally I get fish bones in soup. Yeesh.)
But I actually enjoyed this! And the prawn popia-like appetisers were how I liked them; moist in the inside, crunchy on the outside.
*Mouth waters*
It’s been awhile since we’ve last watched the sun set on the beach.
I forgot how magical it was.
I wouldn’t trade you for anyone else in the world :)
Oh, and we even managed to go on our very own nature expedition while waiting for the sun to set.
There were critters galore.
And they say you have to pay to see the fishies and all the other crawlies.. Bah!

Raya Aidil 2010
The jam was horrible.
And since the car was filled up to the brim with all the stuff we 'absolutely needed' for our 4 day stay, the trip was not only long but it was also CRAMPED.
The view.
For a long LONG time.
Oh, and remember the last post?
The one about me cleaning up nasty things in the old house?
Well, I had to clean. (No doubt about that..)
And it was nasty.
I do not want to see another rat poo.
Ever. (Or at least till next year)
Meh.
This one is squished.
By who?
I'll never tell...
Really, the only other way to get over the gross-ness of it all was to laugh and have fun with it.
Yes, even taking down the curtains was gross.
We found so many cocoons.
Of what, I do not know..
*Shivers*
But I have to admit, the place looks pretty damned good when it's clean and rat poo free.
Yay!
Raya itself was just as I expected.
Still no visitors except for the loyal one or two families.
But at least twas time well spent with the family.
Oh! And did I mention that I FINALLY finished with my pesky Koko and Trusts assignments?
Double yay!
Only one more left (Admin!)..
Then I can spend the (real) holiday guilt free!
Oh, FYI; I climbed over a gate.
(Am not mentioning where and when. Nor why.)
And I did it in a baju kurung.
And in these heels;
And they say heels restrain your movements.. Ha!
Superwoman in heels indeed :)

1 Day Left
Final day of puasa.
Yay!
I know I shouldn't be too happy that the holy month is over, but heck! I can eat when ever I want again!
I think that in itself deserves a huge YAY!
Just like Merdeka, I am not in my Raya mode.
Weird.
Everything is so dead.
Meh.
It doesn't matter anyway, this year's raya can't be any worse then last year's.
No visitors.
No yummy Raya food.
No duit Raya.
At least the 3 solid days without the Internet means that I can FINALLY get on with my mountain of assignments!
p/s: I cannot wait for the trip to Penang after Raya!
Woot!
Well have to clean up the old house :(
No beds in the old house :(
Hence, I'll have to sleep on the couch (if I call dibs on it fast enough and beat all my other male cousins to it..)
So much for 'ladies first'.
Am not looking forward to this :(

I can cook? :)
Sure, twas 'Chinese mushroom soup' but it was STILL instant.
I think the expiry date was up.
I'm not sure :/
It looked kinda ok;
But it tasted... off.
Only after the 3rd spoon did I finally realise that it wasn't supposed to taste THAT bad.
Nobody would buy this thing if it tasted the way it did!
Uggh!
So down the sink it goes.
Epic FAIL.
Which brought me to my new revolution;
To start learning how to cook, bake and anything to do with being a domestic goddess!
*Grins*
So in the spirit of Raya, I've tried baking!
First experiment: Choc chip hazelnut cookies.
The first batch actually got burnt.
(=.=)"
Oh well.. After some trial and error I think I got it to 'passable'.
It wasn't perfect.
But at least it was edible (twas a lil hard).
Heh.
But not to be deterred, I stared on my second experiment; Choc chip butterscotch cookies!
And it was actually really good!
Yay!
Next quest; Actually cook dinner!
(If not for the whole family, then at least just for me.)
No need to humiliate myself with the lack of cooking skills :/
p/s: Both batches of cookies were dispatched to the boyfriend :)
Am hoping he likes it.
*Crosses fingers*
More to come soon :)

Merdeka 2010
Is it just me or is 'the spirit of merdeka' is slowly ebbing away?
One day before merdeka and I can't even see ONE Jalur Gemilang along the highways- let alone on buildings..
No gay songs on air.
No wonderful yet overly cheesy malay movies about our independence day.
This is no fun :/
But I did have great fun with the boyfriend instead.
Yup, it's official.
We're fucking crazy.
Thank god we didn't get busted. (tee-hee..)
Wonder what shenanigans we'll get into next year.. (o.O)"
p/s: Congrats to the interpart winners!
A special holla to the pre-law kiddies who put themselves out there and to my bestie-moe for bagging the title of best mooter.
I cant think of anyone better to take over *ahem* my spot.
Hahaha!
(Perasan yo!)
