UiTM update!

Looks like there were some going ons at UiTM while the kiddies were away..
So here are some updates for those going to UiTM (esp those from law school).

1. We welcome (yea ke??) 900(!) new asasi students to our (Very) small law faculty.
Since we have limited space and also limited lectures..
Reports are coming in that lectures have to take more classes than normal so that other lectures can be dispatched to teach the asasians.
On another not-so-happy note for the BLS students, since the law fac is so small, we might have to have night classes in our weekly schedule. *sigh*
However, even the lectures are reluctant about having night classes, so meetings may follow to see if we could avoid it. (I hope so!)

2. Law fac's Cempaka 1,2 and 3 had been installed with new grills! *Yuck!*
Even the top windows are grilled!
Me no like.

I wonder what exactly is their motive of grilling the place up?
To protect the computers inside or just to peeve us?
But then again, rooms with the computers were always locked up.
And as far as I know, there hasn't been any recent break ins..
Hish, looks like they have too much money to burn..


Oh no.. I can just imagine some of the lectures locking up the grills if we get to class late..
(can you guess who??) Heh.
Ugh, having boring classes and feeling caged up at the same time.
NOT exactly a mood booster..
Sheesh.
Rasa macam criminal pulak.. Heh.

3. UiTM international centre had a fire accident.
The fire broke out at around 3-5am on Friday.
The first floor is completely destroyed and the building shall be declared safe/unsafe by the fire brigade by Monday.
The call for help was made by UiTM's vehicle office (right beside UIC).
But most of you may wonder.. Why the heck didn't the pak guards at UiTM call the firemen instead since the International centre is RIGHT BESIDE the sec 7 gate??
Shouldn't there be guards there 24/7??

Well, apparently, they DID smell something burning but they didn't check it out.
???
What the fuck?
You smell something burning and as the security there, you DID NOT just go over and just see what's the cause of it??
News flash, the smell of something burning most likely means somethings IS burning.
Idiots.
Sometimes I wonder WHY we need them??
Oh yes, to give us bloody summons. I forgot.

The whole office floor is pretty much useless now.
And the cause of the fire is still unknown.
Investigations are still going on.
I hope it wasn't arson.

Now, back to UiTM for moots. Ugh.
